Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available for domestic orders only.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and the SSWAI Security Tag intact.
One-time size exchange is available, subject to stock. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit valid for 3 months.
Custom/altered garments, sale items, promotional purchases, and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please take clear photographs of the package or record a clear, unedited video opening the product. Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery.
