Thank you for shopping with SSWAI, a brand owned and operated by ORGVIN DESIGN VENTURES. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered. 


1. Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. 

Please note that order processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons, product launches, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances. 

The courier partner assigned to your shipment may vary depending on your delivery location and service availability. 


2. Shipping Charges 

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. 

Promotional offers providing free shipping may be available from time to time and will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions. 


3. Estimated Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows: Metro Cities: 7-10 business days, non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days, these timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including: Weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, courier network disruptions, Government restrictions & remote service locations. 

SSWAI and ORGVIN DESIGN VENTURES shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control. 


4. Order Tracking 

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via your registered email address and/or mobile number. 

You can also monitor your shipment status through the "My Orders" section of your account on our Website. 


5. Shipping Address Accuracy 

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including: 

  • Full name 

  • Delivery address 

  • PIN code 

  • Contact number 

SSWAI shall not be responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout. 


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments 

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team.

We will coordinate with our logistics partners to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible. 

 

7. Delivery Attempts 

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to respond, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse. 

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of returned orders. 


8. Damaged Packages 

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, we recommend that you: 

  • Refuse to accept the package, where possible. 

  • Take clear photographs of the package. 

  • Contact our customer support immediately with your order details. 

  • Claims relating to damaged shipments should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.  


9. International Shipping 

International orders generally take 2–3 weeks for delivery after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility. 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and complying with their country's import regulations. 

If an order is returned due to customs issues, refusal to accept the shipment, incorrect address details, or unpaid duties/taxes, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply. 

International shipping availability is subject to destination, applicable laws, customs regulations, and courier restrictions.
