By purchasing from www.sswai.co.in, you agree to the following terms and
conditions.
1. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it. To
cancel, please email us at contact@sswai.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 95740 53783 with your Order ID. A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. -
After Shipment: Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse,
it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
2.The Sswai Anti-Wardrobing & Security Tag Policy
To protect the integrity of our delicate fabrics and premium designs, all SSWAI
garments are shipped with a prominent, tamper-evident SSWAI Security
Tag attached to the exterior of the clothing.
- The Golden Rule: If this security tag is cut, broken, removed, or re-attached, the garment is strictly ineligible for any return, exchange, or store credit, under any circumstances.
- We highly recommend trying on the outfit carefully before removing the
security tag to ensure you are satisfied with the fit. - Undamaged, unused, and accompanied by original packaging and documentation
- Returned with proof of purchase and within the original return window
3. Returns Policy (Store Credit Only)
We do not offer cash, bank, or credit card refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your
purchase, we offer returns in exchange for Store Credit only.

Timeline: Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted. -
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the garment must meet the
following strict conditions:- The SSWAI Security Tag must be fully intact and untampered with.
- The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely
free of stains, makeup, sweat, perfume, or deodorant scents. - The garment must be returned in its original packaging along with all
original tags, labels, and dust bags.
- The Inspection Process: Every returned item undergoes a rigorous quality check by our textile experts upon arrival at our warehouse. If the item shows any signs of wear, fabric pulling, snagging, scent, or damage, the return will be rejected. The item will be shipped back to the customer at their own expense, and no store credit will be issued.
- Store Credit Validity: Once approved, store credit (via a digital gift card/code) will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. This credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer one-time size exchanges per order, subject to stock availability.
- Timeline: Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: The garment must fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Returns Policy (including the intact Security Tag).
- Availability: If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue Store Credit instead.
- Subsequent Exchanges: We do not allow exchanges on an already exchanged product.
5. Damaged Or Defective Products
Because our fabrics are highly delicate, we implement multi-layer quality checks before shipping. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged:

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for a damaged,
defective, or incorrect product, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed outer courier package to opening the garment and showing the defect. - Timeline: This video and a description of the defect must be emailed/whatsapp to us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Without a valid, unedited unboxing video, claims for damages or missing items will not be entertained.
6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories are strictly Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled:
