Returns & Exchanges

  • One-time size exchange is available, subject to stock. If the required size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
  • Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit valid for 3 months.
  • Custom/altered garments, sale items, promotional purchases, and accessories are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please take clear photographs of the package or record a clear, unedited video opening the product. Report any damage, defect, or incorrect item within 24 hours of delivery.
