Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy aims to clarify consumer entitlements whilst preserving the Company’s discretion in assessing return eligibility.
1. Cancellation Window
You may cancel an order within 5 calendar days from receipt of goods, unless the item is precluded from return due to its nature (see section 3 below). No reason is strictly required, though Company may request voluntary feedback.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned goods must be:
- Undamaged, unused, and accompanied by original packaging and documentation
- Returned with proof of purchase and within the original return window
3. Exemptions from Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Bespoke or personalised products
- Perishables or items past expiry
- Hygiene-related goods unsealed post-delivery
- Items irreversibly combined with other goods
Where statutory consumer rights mandate acceptance, such requirements will be observed strictly to the minimum extent required by law.
4. Return Logistics
The cost and risk of returning goods rests with You. The Company shall not accept liability for losses during transit; insured and trackable shipping is strongly advised. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt, via the original payment method.
